Delivery — curbside only. Free shipping within the continental US. This piece ships by freight, and the carrier unloads it at the first accessible ground-level spot outside your home — the curb, the sidewalk, or the bottom of your driveway. Carrying it indoors or into position is not included, so please plan for a second pair of hands on delivery day.
Warranty: Anderson Teak honors a 2-Year Limited Warranty for residential use and a 1-Year Limited Warranty for commercial use, to the original retail purchaser, against manufacturing defects and workmanship. Small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture are not covered. Within the first year Anderson covers reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace defective parts, excluding shipping costs to and from Anderson or its appointed repair center. After one year, the customer is responsible for packing and all shipping and transportation costs.
Shipping, Returns & Support
Every order ships insured, with tracking. Most orders of $75 and up ship free within the lower 48. Floor clocks and teak furniture travel by freight carrier and are set down at the first dry spot at your door — floor-clock freight is free except to Mountain and Pacific states, and the lead time is on those product pages.
If it isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 45 days of delivery under our Return Policy.
