Your order goes to the warehouse that stocks it. We ship from several, so timing depends on which one has your item.

Once payment clears, your order is packed and handed to the carrier. Some items need extra handling time first, and national holidays don't count.

Freight delivery
Big pieces travel by freight.
Floor clocks and large furniture ride with a freight carrier instead of the usual parcel truck. The driver sets your delivery down at the closest door or the first dry spot — a garage or covered porch — and that's where their job ends.
Freight delivery doesn't include carrying it inside, unboxing or setup, so please plan to have a helper (or two) on hand. Freight pieces can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Look before you sign
If a box looks banged up, snap a photo before you open it — or simply refuse the delivery and let us know.

Keep the packaging
Hold on to the item and everything it came in until the claim is settled — the carrier may want to inspect it.
We make it right
You pay nothing. We open the carrier claim and arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
