What items qualify for returns?

We gladly accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery when they are in new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unused and uninstalled

Free of pet hair, odors, wear, or signs of use

Complete with all original components

In the same condition as received

Items that show use, damage, missing parts, or improper packaging may be subject to partial refunds or return denial.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance, closeout, final sale items, or food/treats

Custom, personalized, or special-order items

Items marked Non-returnable on the product page

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper packaging

Step 1

To begin a return, click the “Start Your Return” button.

Receive your prepaid return label. Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label.

Pack your item properly. All returns must be shipped inside a shipping box or poly-mail bag.

Attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier listed on the label.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow 3-5 business days after delivery for inspection and refund processing.

Important Return Information

For tracking, insurance, and cost savings, all returns must be shipped using Playful Tail issued labels. We are unable to accept returns shipped with self-purchased labels.

Do not ship items using only the product’s retail box or display packaging. Retail packaging is not designed to withstand shipping and may result in damage.

Items returned damaged due to improper packaging and/or use may be subject to deductions or non-refundable.

Some items over the price of $499 will be charged a restocking fee of %15 plus the cost of shipping. This can be due to weight or the size of item for restocking purposes.

All food and/or treats are non-refundable. All customized products are non-refundable.
