Personalized items are non-returnable. Please double-check your spelling, numbers and colour before ordering — personalized orders can’t be modified, cancelled or returned once placed.
Shipping, Returns & Support
Every order ships insured, with tracking. Most orders of $75 and up ship free within the lower 48. Floor clocks and teak furniture travel by freight carrier and are set down at the first dry spot at your door — floor-clock freight is free except to Mountain and Pacific states, and the lead time is on those product pages.
If it isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 45 days of delivery under our Return Policy.
