Easy Assembly:
All panels and trim are painted and assembled, all hardware is installed, doors & windows are installed, nesting boxes are assembled and metal is installed on the roof panel

Flooring & siding has a treated resin; this material is designed for superior moisture resistance and helps with the moisture levels that chickens naturally produce.
Roof; the roof profile is designed so that rainwater runs off the back of the chicken coop keeping the water runoff away from your nesting boxes.
In addition, the ceiling has radiant barrier sheathing to keep the coop cooler in the summer heat.

For OverEZ Chicken Coops, shipping to you is always free! Your chicken coop will be shipped via LTL freight and the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time. Freight companies are only required to deliver your order to the bottom of your driveway. They do not go up your driveway or place your order in a specific location. If you are not able to meet the shipping criteria you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the freight.
Note* Carrier will be using a 50' or longer tractor trailer and they must have access to your street. If the carrier does not have access to your street, you will take the responsibility to schedule an appointment with the shipping company to arrange a pick up at a terminal or meet the truck to transfer the freight to your vehicle.
