This traditional quartz cuckoo clock is made by Trenkle Uhren in Simonswald, in the Black Forest of Germany. Five carved leaves and a perched bird give it the classic Black Forest look. Every hour the cuckoo calls over the sound of a babbling brook and one of 12 melodies plays, and a light sensor quiets the clock at night.
