This quartz cuckoo clock is made by Trenkle Uhren in Simonswald, in the Black Forest of Germany. A little carved chalet with hand carved birds, shutters and a fir tree, it calls the cuckoo over the sound of a babbling brook on the hour and plays one of 12 melodies, with a light sensor that quiets it at night.
