Shipping & Returns
Ships by freight carrier from our Virginia warehouse. Freight charges are based on your delivery address and are calculated at checkout.
Curbside-style freight delivery. White glove service, in-home placement, setup, and packaging removal are not included.
The clock is delivered to the first dry spot available at the delivery address, such as a garage or covered porch. Please plan to have help moving it inside.
We do not ship this item to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Shipping, Returns & Support
Every order ships insured, with tracking. Most orders of $75 and up ship free within the lower 48. Floor clocks and teak furniture travel by freight carrier and are set down at the first dry spot at your door — floor-clock freight is free except to Mountain and Pacific states, and the lead time is on those product pages.
If it isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 45 days of delivery under our Return Policy .
