Ships by freight carrier from our Virginia warehouse. Freight charges are based on your delivery address and are calculated at checkout.
Curbside-style freight delivery. White glove service, in-home placement, setup, and packaging removal are not included.
The clock is delivered to the first dry spot available at the delivery address, such as a garage or covered porch. Please plan to have help moving it inside.
We do not ship this item to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Shipping, Returns & Support
Every order ships insured, with tracking. Most orders of $75 and up ship free within the lower 48.
Floor clocks usually ship from Virginia in 3–5 business days and travel by freight carrier. The driver sets your clock down at the first dry spot at your door, like a garage or covered porch — bringing it inside and setting it up aren’t included, so plan to have help. Freight is free in the lower 48, except to Mountain and Pacific states ($450).
If the finish or movement you choose has to be built to order, it takes about 4–5 months. Built-to-order clocks can’t be cancelled once production starts, and they can’t be returned.
If it isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 45 days of delivery under our Return Policy.
